The active ingredients in this formulation include Minoxidil 5%, Finasteride 0.25% and Tretinoin 0.01%. Minoxidil 5% is a potent vasodilator utilised in the treatment of hair loss and pattern baldness. It functions by enhancing blood circulation to the scalp, thereby stimulating hair growth. Finasteride 0.1% is a type 2 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that reduces the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone known to contribute to hair follicle miniaturisation and hair loss. Tretinoin 0.01%, a retinoid, enhances the penetration of minoxidil and may improve the health and function of the hair follicle. Making this formulation an effective treatment for conditions such as Alopecia, Androgenic Alopecia and Menopausal Female Pattern Hair Loss.

The active ingredients in this formulation is 17-alpha Estradiol 0.05%. 17-alpha Estradiol inhibits the conversion of testosterone to the metabolite dihydrotestosterone (DHT) by suppressing5AR activity. In addition, by inhibiting dehydrogenase, it reduces the conversion process of androstenedione to testosterone, resulting in a reduction in the synthesis of testosterone and DHT.
